TestTube offers various subscription types: including automatic renewal bi-monthly subscriptions (“Bi-Monthly Subscriptions”); prepaid automatic renewal annual subscriptions (“Annual Subscriptions”); and prepaid gift subscriptions of six and twelve months (“Gift Subscriptions”).
TestTube Bi-Monthly Subscriptions and Annual Subscriptions automatically renew. By purchasing a Bi-Monthly and/or Annual Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you provide prior notice that you wish to cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods, for a fixed term of the same length, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate.

Bi-Monthly Subscriptions: A “Bi-Monthly” Subscription consists of an initial product box (each, a “tube” or “TestTube”) and additional TestTubes sent out bi-monthly thereafter. If you sign up for a Bi-Monthly Subscription, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the next available tube will be the first TestTube you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent TestTube shipment date, and every two months (six times a year) thereafter.
Annual Subscriptions: If you choose an Annual Subscription, you will receive the same TestTubes as you would under a Bi-Monthly Subscription. If you sign up for an Annual Subscription, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) for a term of twelve months and six tubes. You will be charged for the next Annual Subscription term up to three weeks before the next TestTube in your new twelve-month period is shipped.
All TestTube purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of TestTube, and any tube returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case that your TestTube does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within sixty (60) days of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that timeframe, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that replacement orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of TestTube.

Bi-Monthly Subscription Cancellation:
- If you cancel by the 10th of the billing month, you will not receive the next shipment and will not be charged moving forward.
- If you cancel after such date, you will be charged for the next TestTube but not future TestTubes.
Annual Subscription Cancellation:
- You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time, however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the term.
- If you cancel by the 10th of the billing month, prior to your anniversary date, you will not receive the next shipment and will not be charged moving forward.
TestTube may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotional codes for discounts. Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, following your initial charge, recurring payments will automatically renew at the then current rate. No promotional codes or discounts will carry over. Limit one promotional code per customer.
