What is TestTube?
TestTube is a one-of-a-kind sampling program curated by the editors of NewBeauty that allows its members to try the best beauty products before investing in them. Four times a year, subscribers receive a collection of full-size products—valued at $350—for only $59.

As part of your membership, you will also enjoy a print subscription to NewBeauty magazine. NewBeauty is delivered with your TestTube. Your subscription to NewBeauty will terminate upon cancellation of TestTube subscription.

How much does a subscription cost?
There are four types of TestTube memberships:

  • Seasonal subscription ($59 charged quarterly)
  • Annual subscription ($200.60 charged annually– a savings of $35)
  • Both subscriptions above automatically renew, until cancelled. Please see our membership terms for more details.
  • 1-Year Gift subscription (one-time payment of $200.60 – a savings of $35)
  • 6-Month Gift subscription (one-time payment of $118)

So I really receive a free subscription to NewBeauty with my TestTube?
Yes! NewBeauty highlights the latest in beauty innovations, trends and products in every issue. NewBeauty ships with your TestTube and is delivered to your mailbox quarterly. Your subscription to NewBeauty magazine will terminate upon cancellation of TestTube subscription.  


BILLING AND SHIPPING

When will my TestTubes arrive?
Your first tube will ship within 2–3 weeks of your order date, and you can expect to receive a new TestTube every 3 months thereafter.

Shipping Logistics
TestTube currently ships to the continental United States. Tubes are shipped via FedEx. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your Tube is on its way. Delivery does not require a signature.

I'm having problems with my tracking number.
Oftentimes the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please email us at testtube@newbeauty.com so we can provide you with an update.


CUSTOMER SERVICE

I signed up for TestTube and never received my first shipment.
We are so sorry about that! Please email at testtube@newbeauty.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

I’m missing a product from my TestTube.
Please send your name, account information and details of the product that you are missing to testtube@newbeauty.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours regarding your replacement.

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I return products from my TestTube if I don't like them?
We do not accept returns, but if you have any concerns about the quality of a product, please email testtube@newbeauty.com or feel free to give to a family member or friend!

How can I cancel my TestTube subscription?
If at any time you wish to cancel your membership, please email testtube@newbeauty.com.

All TestTube purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Please see our Cancellation and Return Policy for more details.
