What is the NewBeauty TestTube?
At NewBeauty, we take pride in being the first brand to introduce a sampling subscription box and we haven’t looked back since. The idea launched in 2006 when we had an overwhelming amount of requests from readers who wanted to try the products they were reading about in the pages of NewBeauty. Six times a year, for just $29.95 per delivery (plus shipping and handling), you can receive a package filled with deluxe samples and full-sized (yes, you read that correctly, FULL-SIZED) products from the hottest beauty brands.

Does the NewBeauty TestTube ship internationally?
Due to certain shipping guidelines, we’re sadly unable to ship to any locations outside of the continental United States, but stay tuned—we’re working on it!

I want to refer a friend to the NewBeauty TestTube program. Where should I direct them?
If you are a member of the NewBeauty TestTube program, you can refer a friend by visiting testtube.newbeauty.com and clicking on the link in the special offers section. You will then be prompted to log in. Once logged-in, you will be able to refer up to six friends (but we don’t encourage you to stop there, tell one, tell all!). The added bonus of being one of our beloved subscribers? If you get a friend to join the program, you get a free TestTube.

Where can I find tracking information for my subscription?
Locating tracking information for your most recent TestTube shipment is super easy! When your tube ships you will receive tracking information via email. If you can’t find your email, all you have to do is log into your Account Page and click “Manage my Subscription.” Your current tracking information will appear in the left-hand column. Why do we do it this way? Simple. So you can easily find your tracking number, since it’s always in the same place, all the time.
I noticed that my credit card was charged and was wondering when I will receive my TestTube?
Once your card is charged and the order is processed through the system, you will receive an email with your tracking information. [Kisses and thanks in advance!] You can expect to receive your TestTube within 7-10 business days following the notification [You’re welcome; we love you!].
I signed up for the NewBeauty TestTube and never received it. Can you tell me why?
Our bad! We’re so sorry and will fix this as soon as we hear from you. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure it gets taken care of right away.
I noticed that I was missing a product and/or a product was damaged in my NewBeauty TestTube. What should I do?
That’s never OK and we hate when that happens, but no fear—we promise to send you a replacement. Just send us a note at email@example.com If the broken or missing product is no longer available, we'll provide a similar product for replacement that you’re sure to love just as much.
Can I return my NewBeauty TestTube if I don't like it?
All TestTube shipments are nonrefundable.
How can I cancel my NewBeauty TestTube membership?
We would hate to see you go, but you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the TestTube has already shipped, you will be charged and your cancellation will be effective with the next TestTube.
I already have a magazine subscription and am receiving another copy with the NewBeauty TestTube.
We'll gladly transfer your magazine subscription so you’re just receiving one copy. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get it squared away.
