I noticed that my credit card was charged and was wondering what the status was for my NewBeauty TestTube order?
Once your NewBeauty TestTube is processed through the system, UPS will notify you with an email regarding tracking information. You can expect to receive your NewBeauty TestTube within 7-10 business days following the UPS notification.
I noticed that my credit card was charged twice within a short period of time. Why did this happen?
The NewBeauty TestTube is a program which ships to and charges members quarterly. If you signed up towards the end of a quarter, you will receive and be charged for the most recent and current TestTubes close together.
It looks like I was charged twice for this quarter's NewBeauty TestTube. How do I find out if this was a mistake or I indeed have a duplicate account?

I signed up for the NewBeauty TestTube and noticed that I was charged earlier than usual. Why did that happen?
Since we work with an outside distribution company, we typically charge about a week or two before the ship date to ensure the correct amount of orders are fulfilled. Once your order processes through the UPS system, you will be notified via email regarding the tracking of your package.

Does the NewBeauty TestTube ship internationally?
Due to certain shipping guidelines, we are unable to ship to any locations outside of the continental United States. We are currently working on this issue so please keep checking our website for any updates. As an alternative, NewBeauty Magazine is available in all countries outside of the United States. We are sorry to hear that! Please send your name, account information and details of the product that you are missing to testtube@newbeauty.com and we will gladly look into the issue.
I just received my NewBeauty TestTube and the booklet shows multiple products from one brand and I've only received one product. Why did this happen?
We apologize for the confusion! Each TestTube member is to receive one of the products featured in the booklet at random. If you have any concerns regarding the product you received, please contact us at testtube@newbeauty.com.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I return products from my NewBeauty TestTube if I don't like them?
We do not typically accept returns but if you have any concerns about the quality of a product please reach out to us at testtube@newbeauty.com or feel free to give to a friend!
How can I cancel my NewBeauty TestTube membership?
If at any time you wish to stop receiving the NewBeauty TestTube, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at testtube@newbeauty.com.
I already have a magazine subscription and am receiving another copy with the NewBeauty TestTube. I'm unsure what to do with the duplicate copy. Do you have any suggestions?

We'll gladly transfer your magazine subscription, email us at subscriptions@newbeauty.com. We'll cancel your subscription and refund your un-used subscription balance.
