I noticed that my credit card was charged and was wondering what the status was for my NewBeauty TestTube order?
Once your NewBeauty TestTube is processed through the system, FedEx SmartPost will notify you with an email regarding tracking information. You can expect to receive your NewBeauty TestTube within 7-10 business days following the FedEx SmartPost notification.
I signed up for the NewBeauty TestTube and noticed that I was charged earlier than usual. Why did that happen?
Since we work with an outside distribution company, we typically charge about a week or two before the ship date to ensure the correct amount of orders are fulfilled. Once your order processes through the FedEx SmartPost system, you will be notified via email regarding the tracking of your package.
Does the NewBeauty TestTube ship internationally?
Due to certain shipping guidelines, we are unable to ship to any locations outside of the continental United States. We are currently working on this issue so please keep checking our website for any updates. As an alternative, NewBeauty Magazine is available in all countries outside of the United States. I just received my NewBeauty TestTube and the booklet shows multiple products from one brand and I've only received one product. Why did this happen?
We apologize for the confusion! Each TestTube member is to receive one of the products featured in the booklet at random. If you have any concerns regarding the product you received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
