This blushes live up the reputation. I have to remember to just pat a lil on my brush because it is so pigmented. Definitely want more in all the colors. I was always hesitant to buy because of the price but they're amazing. worth it.

This is an addendum to my earlier review: Bummer! You know how cake blushes can break? Usually when they are close to being done? This one broke a couple of days after my first review, having been used minimally.. I have to say that I do carry it to-from the gym etc. in a makeup bag. I ended up grinding it into a fine powder and put it in a small jar and use off the lid, like mineral powder. This seems to be working, which is nice since I love the color.

Tarte amazonian blush is a wonderful surprise to use on my 50ish fair skin. Was always leary of blush, but tarte amazonian clay blush does not overwelm, just adds a nice pinkish hue. Very delicate......Great product!

What a surprise! After years of faithfully adhering to my favorite color of blush, I was pleasantly surprised by "flush", which is the pinker hue. I've used it on pale (winter) skin, but recently on a Caribbean vacation, I used it over tan (summer) skin, which attests to its versatility. I think it's youthful, without seeming too young, if that makes sense. The only suggestion I have would be to use it sparingly. This is certainly a very good product!

When I got this in my test tube I got the one on the left, I thought wow this is too purple/pink I'm used to wearing more brown/ tan colors but I thought I will try it. I tried it and I love it! It blends in really nice and it is a great color.

I have to agree with Amy Lynn. I got the one that is bright purple and thought, "No way," but still tried it and guess what? I love it. I have olive skin tone and the color looks like a real blush. It is not purple or bright pink. It looks so natural. I would never have bought this color, but I love it!

I received the shade on the left. It does not complement my pale complexion so I will pass it along to a friend.

So, at first I got this blush (the shade on the left side) and thought "oh god, it's purple." But I tried it today and oh my! Although I'm not super tan right now... my olive skin looks amazing with this plum color- it's a lot less purple-looking once you have it on, I swear! I never would have thought to buy this shade but I'm planning on wearing it everyday this spring/summer. So excited! Thanks NewBeauty!!!!!!
